- Abstract
The article presents information on the limitations on the power of state legislatures over presidential elections in the U.S. It states that the federal constitutional limitations restrict the power of state legislatures for administrating voting qualifications. It mentions that the states are restricted to limit presidential elections under constitutional limitations. It also mentions that states are not allowed to interfare in the power of the U.S. Congress to decide the time of conducting elections.
