- Authors
PEACOCK, DUNDAS
- Abstract
The article discusses the problems in the war contract terminations in the second World War in the U.S. It is stated that a speedy and efficient settlement for terminated war contracts is needed for companies engaged in war production to convert quickly to peace production. It is mentioned that the first step in developing a full set of clear-cut, workable policies on contract termination is reflected in the uniform termination article for fixed-price supply contracts, issued by the Director of War Mobilization on January 8, 1944.
