- Abstract
The article reports the decision of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in the court case "Glatt v. Fox Searchlight Pictures Inc." It reports that in the case the court adopts a modified version of the primary beneficiary test as the proper inquiry in ascertaining whether an intern is to be considered an "employee" for the purposes of the Fair Labor Standard Act (FLSA).
