- Abstract
An essay is presented on social reform in America's banking industry, focusing on the anthropology of corporate culture, organizational psychology, and financial institution culture in the U.S. Governance in action and the proposed development of organizations that promote ethical behavior are mentioned. Compensation structures are addressed in relation to risk and self-interest. The 2011 World Economic Forum and global banks such as UBS AG, Citigroup Inc., and Barclays PLC are examined.
