- Abstract
The COVID-19 process has led to a number of changes in people's lifestyles, and especially individuals have led to online shopping. With the widespread and rapid adoption of online shopping by consumers, online platforms have become an important option for second-hand shopping. This study focuses on the effects of convenience, ease of use, hygiene, delivery, security and price variables perceived by consumers in second hand online shopping on online shopping attitude and second-hand purchase intention. Data collected from 467 consumers by online survey method was analyzed by PLS-SEM Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling. According to the results of the research, a significant effect of consumers' perceptions of safety, price and usefulness on attitudes towards online second-hand shopping was determined. However, a similar effect was not seen for the hygiene, delivery and ease of use variables. Another result of the research is the critical role of the attitude towards second-hand shopping on purchase intention.
