- Abstract
In the Pasco region, province of Oxapampa, lies the district of Pozuzo, whose settlers of German origin have made this place an interesting proposal for a culture suspended in time. The culinary tradition has been maintained through more than a century in that place and a very special non-conventional tourism linked directly to nature. Taking advantage of the current trends makes it possible for the development of other forms of tourism in order to learn the culture of the people, integrate the community and the local producers highlighting the richness of its gastronomic heritage.
