- Abstract
As the highest decision-making body of the company, the senior management team plays an important role in improving the technological innovation level of listed agriculture-related companies. Based on technological innovation and the theory of high-level echelon, we collect the characteristics and characteristics of the senior management of China's agriculture-related listed companies from 2017 to 2019. Set variables, build models, and use empirical analysis methods to study the relationship between the heterogeneity of the senior management team, government subsidies, and the technological innovation of listed agricultural companies. The results found that the tenure of the senior management team, occupation, The increase in educational background heterogeneity is conducive to technological innovation, but the increase in age heterogeneity inhibits the technological innovation of enterprises. Government subsidies have positively encouraged the impact of senior management team tenure and occupational heterogeneity on technological innovation. The results of the study can be involved. Agricultural listed companies continue to improve the structure of the senior management team and increase the level of technological innovation.
