- Abstract
The article presents an analysis on the clinical use of nanoproducts acting as carriers. It says that the different nanocarriers used to transport the active molecules to the target tissues should be treated as additives, which has potential side effects of their dissolution or aggregation inside the body. The regulatory agencies are cautious in admitting new nanomaterials for human use because of their potential toxicity. It also discusses the pharmacology and toxicology of nanodrugs.
