- Abstract
The article discusses the corporate aviation industry and reports that business travel has increased significantly between 2004 and 2005. The chief executive of the General Aviation Manufacturer's Association, Pete Bunce is quoted and expresses the reasons for success. The cost effectiveness of chartering or leasing airplanes for corporate executives is described. Increasingly, middle managers are travelling via corporate chartered aircraft. Finance, taxes, risks, and costs associated with this type of travel are noted.
