The objective of this research was to experiment and to know about the effects of the incorporation of the FC in physical education classes. We performed a descriptive analysis through the mean and standard deviation and inferential analysis through Student's t-test. The results showed significant differences in academic performance and the perception of usefulness of ICT. The conclusion was that the use of the FC has positive effects on physical education class mainly because FC could respect the rhythm of the pupils.
