- Abstract
The article describes the case of a 31-year-old man with paroxismal atrial fibrillation treated with pulmonary vein isolation (PVI) with cryo-balloon. It explains how the patient's clinical conditioned worsened presenting incontrollable intracraneal bleeding and refractory septic shock leading to death 24 hours after cardiac surgery.
