Abstract
The article focuses on the capsized of boat in the southern part of Congo River in Democratic Republic of Congo on September 14, 2009. It discloses that at least 15 passengers are drowned from the incident and 90 others were missing. Local official Jean-Pierre Mulongoy says that overloading was the main cause of the incidence since the boat is carrying at least 190 passengers.
