- Abstract
The article reports that President of Uganda fulfilled his October 2021 promise to fully open up the economy, educational institutions, sports and entertainment as well as public transport following the COVID-19 pandemic. It mentions the lockdown measures instituted, Parliament of Uganda remained operational and order to maintain the social distancing measures that had been introduced. It also mentions the Parliament of Uganda moved to reduce its use of printed paper to improve efficiency.
