- Abstract
The article presents information on the high-profile cyber operations on the U.S. corporations and the issues related to the act of war. The cyber conflict policies, cyber attacks for the right to self-defense and the international cooperation for guiding cyber policies are discussed. The threats facing the private sector and federal government due to cyber conflict, public-private partnerships for combating cyber attacks and the development of customary international law are also discussed.
