- Abstract
The article describes the case of a 61-year-old man with Graves' disease and presented with stiffness, hypercoagulability, lymphadenopathy, and hepatosplenomegaly and diagnosed with vacuoles, E1 enzyme, X-linked, autoinflammatory, somatic (VEXAS) syndrome. Topics discussed include finding on the peripheral blood smear, information on VEXAS syndrome, and treatment given to the patient.
