- Abstract
The article discusses the authors' views about how to prove harm and recover damages in corruption-based litigation involving Major League Soccer and the bidding process for the 2022 FIFA World Cup soccer tournament. U.S. indictments against officials from the Federation Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) are examined, along with alleged corruption by then-soccer executive Mohamen Bin Hammam in 2010.
