- Authors
CROOK, BRIAN C.
- Abstract
The article discusses a court case wherein the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that all voters should present government-issued identification before casting a ballot on election day. Such ruling involves the voter ID law in Indiana, the Senate Enrolled Act 483, that was passed in 2005. As such, the Indiana Democratic Party and the Marion County Democratic Central Committee filed a case in the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Indiana against Indiana officials that have to deal with the enforcement of the said law.
