- Abstract
The article reports on the resolution of the legal case of Oglala Sioux Tribe vs. C&W Enterprises, Inc. In the case the U.S. District Court vacated orders issued against the Oglala Sioux Tribe by the Second Judicial Circuit in South Dakota on behalf of C&W, a corporation from South Dakota that qualifies for an Indian preference in a dispute over four road projects located on the Pine Ridge Indian reservation. C&W had sought arbitration for breach of the contracts issued for the projects.
