- Abstract
The article presents a study which explores the reversible inactivating capability of intracellular uricase of Bacillus fastidiosus in an inactive homodimer solution. The method includes the inactivation of uricase via dialysis, which encompasses the removal of organic contaminants through water solution. Using gel filtration via sephadex G200 and chromatogenic substrate shows that uricase can disintegrate in a homodimer solution and can be reinactivated via solution with high ionic strength.
