- Abstract
The article reports on a research study examining the effect of a Registered Nurse (RN) to Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) nursing curriculum on a registered nurse's critical thinking skills. Students in the RN to BSN program were asked to complete the InterEd Critical Thinking Nursing Instrument (CTN) as a pre-test and a post-test to analyze the development of their critical thinking skills. The study found that the program developed students' disposition towards rational processes.
