- Abstract
The article focuses on the evolving jurisprudence of corporate personhood which was developed in the U.S. Supreme Court and discusses the effects of Occupy Movements and the relationship between law and capitalism. It further discusses the role of capitalist ideology in early proto-capitalist Europe both for the evolution of capitalism and the Occupy Movements' critique.
