- Abstract
The article discusses the study conducted by Richardson, Bellows, Henry & Co. regarding off-the-job training in industry. It states that the study was aimed at improving the Naval Air Training Command's groung training program in Pensacola, Florida. It says that the study explored the areas of instruction technique, instructor training, and training in communications. Moreover, the study presented the characteristics of the course instruction in different schools of the Armed Forces, in which one is how it can improve reading skills.
