- Authors

- Abstract
The article offers information on observational vs interventional clinical research studies. Observational studies, including cross-sectional, case-control, or cohort studies, involve observing without interference in the natural course of a disease. They are used to assess potential causation in exposure-outcome relationships. On the other hand, interventional studies, often referred to as clinical trials, involve intervention or treatment by the investigator to compare treatment outcomes.
