- Abstract
In this study, the chemical compositions and the antibacterial effects of the essential oils of two specimens of I C. xanthella i collected from two different habitats in Binh Chau-Phuoc Buu Nature Reserve were investigated for the first time. The chemical compounds from the studied essential oils are identified by using the gas chromatograph GC TRACE 1310 coupled with a single quadrupole mass spectrometer ISQ 7000 (Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., Waltham, MA, USA). A total of 48 chemical compounds were identified in the essential oils of two I C. xanthella i specimens (Table 1).
