- Abstract
Published in Khimiya Prirodnykh Soedinenii, No. 1, January-February, 2020, pp. 118-119 Species of the genus I Vernonia, i especially I Vernonia parishii i , is widely distributed in Thailand, Laos, Myanmar, and Yunnan in China. The leaves and twigs of I V. parishii i were collected from Kunming, Yunnan Province, P. R. China in January 2018 and authenticated by plant appraiser Jun Zhang, Kunming Zhifen Biotechnology Co., Ltd. The crude extract was suspended in H SB 2 sb O (5 L) and then further extracted with dichloromethane, ethyl acetate, and I n i -butanol, each three to four times, repeatedly yielding dichloromethane extract (168 g), EtOAc extract (10 g), and I n i -BuOH extract (60 g). The structures of these compounds were identified on the basis of SP 1 sp H NMR, SP 13 sp C NMR, 2D NMR, and ESI-MS spectra.
