- Abstract
In order to study the application of blast furnace slag in baking-free brick, baking-free brick was made by mixing, pressing and curing different proportions of slag, fly ash, cement, lime and other materials. The effects of slag, cement and lime on the compressive strength of baking-free brick were studied by orthogonal test, and the effects of molding pressure on the strength of brick were studied by external conditions. The experimental results show that the strength of brick samples prepared under the conditions of mass fraction of slag, fly ash, cement and lime 11:5:2:2, water-solid ratio 0.15 and forming pressure 20 MPa can meet the performance requirements of Mu20 non fired brick as specified in standard JC/T 422-2007 "Non-fired rubbish gangue brick".
