- Abstract
The observation of the protein dynamic movement is applied in undergraduate biochemistry teaching experiment. By using the principle of the G protein-coupled receptor endocytosis and in combination with the green fluorescent protein and fluorescent protein microimaging technology, the endocytosis process of receptor proteins and the dynamic movement of downstream recruiting proteins in cells are observed. This experiment has strong maneuverability and clear and intuitive results. It expands the teaching content of the undergraduate biochemistry experiments, helps students to understand the movement characteristics and functional mechanism of protein more deeply, and improves their ability to design experiments and carry out comprehensive experiments.
