An editorial is presented on evaluating the utilization of resources for adolescents treated in pediatric vs Adult Cancer Institutions. Topics discussed include cancer survival rate in adults in a variety of common cancers, health care utilization which includes hospitalizations, surgeries and outpatient chemotherapy and demonstrating the role of cancer treatment.
