- Abstract
Objective: To observe the effects of fuyanxiao capsules combined with cefdinir capsules on hemorheology and serum inflammatory factors in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods: 106 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease who were admitted to the Hefei Second People's Hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected. Patients were divided into control group and experimental group according to the two-color ball method, with 53 cases in each group. Control group received cefdinir capsules, and experimental group received fuyanxiao capsules on the basis of control group, and all patients were treated for 14 days. The efficacy, clinical symptom relief, inflammatory factors, hemorheology and adverse reactions were compared between two groups. Results: The total clinical effective rate in experimental group was higher than that in control group (P<0.05). The disappearance time of abdominal pain and leucorrhea abnormality in experimental group was shorter than that in control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), plasma viscosity, procalcitonin (PCT), erythrocyte aggregation index, interleukin-6 (IL-6), whole blood high-shear reduced viscosity, serum amyloid protein (SAA) and whole blood low-shear reduced viscosity in experimental group were lower than those in control group (P<0.05). There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: Fuyanxiao capsules combined with cefdinir capsules in the treatment of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, improve hemorheology, reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors, and no obvious adverse reactions.
