- Abstract
This study also found between the years 1953-1961 Chairman of the CIA Allen W. Dulles is being investigated in the history of the Republic of Turkey. Dulles was one of the closest names to US President Woodrow Wilson at the Paris (Peace) Conference, which shaped the fate of the Ottoman Empire, which he began to recognize with his European mission during the First World War. Dulles, Istanbul representative of the United States High Commissioner, Admiral Bristol's assistant duties with the last days of the Ottoman Empire, the United States has witnessed the emergence Near East Bureau Chief of the Republic of Turkey. In this process Dulles, with an increase in the interest of the United States and the Republic of Turkey has worked for the start of diplomatic relations.
