The article presents the case study of a one-year-old boy with a red plaque on his right thigh. It began two days after he was given his second Hepatitis B vaccination at about 1 month of age. He had his first Hepatitis B vaccination at birth without developing any sequelae. The lesion enlarged progressively over the next few months and was associated with intermittent yellowish discharge. His growth and development was otherwise normal.
