- Abstract
The article presents the study on the pathogenic consequences of mutations in calreticulin (CALR). It discusses how the study was conducted involving exome sequencing of 1015 cell lines that were obtained from patients with leukemic transformation of myeloproliferative neoplasms. The results reportedly revealed that MARIMO cells do not depend on JAK2/STAT5 signaling, however it harbors a CALR mutation.
