- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 58-year-old man who was taken to the hospital for diffuse ecchymosis and spontaneous left iliopsoas haematoma. The patient was diagnosed with chronic myelomonocytic leukaemia (CMML) of acquired haemophilia who responded the initiation of decitabine. He was also diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis with prolonged prothrombin time (aPTT) and received cyclophosphamide combined with prednisone.
