- Authors
Chaney, Sharon
- Abstract
The question persists: How does or how should an educator develop professionally? Realizing the need for worthwhile professional development, a career educator reflects upon her in-service experiences and summarizes a dozen current attitudes toward opportunities for growth. The author discusses and documents the six best incentives, and the six potentially less desirable incentives for professional development.
