- Abstract
The article discusses the availability of catered meals at a workplace and the impact of it on employee's performance and productivity. The main objective of this research paper is to find out the relationship between meals in the workplace and its impact on the productivity of employees. As most important asset of any organization are its people, so providing catered meals to them is one of the most healthy ways to take care of them. There are number of ways to boost employee productivity.A high- quality catering can improve employee engagement in any organization. People in a company are engrossed in their work, they hardly get any time to talk to each other and as company flourishes it becomes even more difficult for employees to gel together. It is very important for a company that its people should know each other for strong team building.
