- Abstract
Question: The discussion of your idea of the Court, as a "public moralist", connects to a question that we also asked of Justices Barak and Grimm, concerning the situation in which judges find themselves when they confront hard cases involving rights. Access to justice under Article 24 means access to justice, but not only to Italian justice. This leaves room for a judge of an ordinary court to play the role of a constitutional judge.
