The article focuses on creating sustainable economic development on Indian reservations as an issue of access to justice. Topics discussed include the concept of keeping money circulating within a reservation, development of entrepreneurial businesses on reservations and the need for the U.S., Indian nations, and reservation communities to do everything to develop more privately owned businesses in Indian country.
