- Abstract
An essay is presented which explores the decision of the Illinois Appellate Court in the case Draper & Kramer, Inc. v. King whereas court remanded a landlord's action for possession of an apartment. It mentions that eviction court process with Order of Possession between landlords and unrepresented tenants to ensure that tenants agreed upon order terminates their rights to housing. It also mentions that enforcement of particular settlements in which courts have exercised independent authority.
