- Authors

- Abstract
The article presents an interview with Mehmet Oner, human resource manager at Imteks, a leading Turkish textile company. When asked how Turkish diversity is different from other Western European countries, Oner differentiates Turkey from other European countries that see diversity in terms of race. Since most Turks share the same ethnic origin, research focuses mostly on cultural difference. Oner shares his thoughts on diversity management and inter-cultural conflicts at Imteks, as well as the private sector's role in promoting diversity in Turkey.
