Topics discussed includes jurisdiction regarding extraterritorial scope of the avoidance rules of the bankruptcy regulation in the U.S., jurisdiction on a case involving the investment firm Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC (Madoff Securities), information regarding the insolvency carried out by the trustee for the Madoff Securities Irving Picard which involved fraudulent transfers.
