- Abstract
The article discusses three U.S. court cases related to federal civil procedure laws on the disclosure of information by Chinese banks about account holders involved in the manufacturing and selling of counterfeit goods. The cases include, Tiffany (NJ) LLC v. Qi Andrew, Gucci America Inc. v. Li, and Tiffany (NJ) LLC v. Forbse. Topics discussed in reference to the cases include laws regarding Chinese banks' possession or control of documents and the court's issuance of subpoena to plaintiffs.
