- Abstract
The article focuses on a research in regard to being a well-prepared English teacher. Data collection is presented wherein participants were chosen from the Kent State University (KSU) National Writing Project (NWP) listserv and are described as English/Language Arts (ELA) teachers with extensive experience and holding a variety of educational positions. Data analysis is discussed as being based on the constant comparative method. Findings include the positive disposition of the majority.
