- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 34-year-old woman with recurrent suprapubic pain, secondary amenorrhea with menouria after going through a lower segment cesarean section (LSCS) in the past. Based on cystoscopy, it was found out that blood clots occurred in the fistulous opening of the supratrigonal region. She had a laparoscopic surgery where a Foley catheter was inserted in the urinary bladder and then removed three weeks after and started to menstruate normally after the operation.
