The article reports the need of the public trust doctrine against the threats for ground water, ecosystems and natural communities. Topics discussed include impact of the public trust doctrine on mitigating the climatic changes, construction of the laws for energy production as well as the food systems and impact of the duties for climatic changes on the government. It further discuses the laws and legislations formed for climatic changes and greenhouse gas emission.
