- Abstract
The article presents information on the use of a posterior pedicled middle turbinate mucoperiosteal flap (MTF) to resurface the nasopharyngeal defects. Endoscopic nasopharyngectomy was performed and then the ipsilateral middle turbinate (MT) was selected to harvest the MTF. The surgical procedures were done without severe surgery-related complications.
