- Abstract
The article presents information on a study on mutations of Wilms' tumour gene (WT1). It is stated that WT1 is highly expressed in acute leukemias and the myelodysplastic syndromes. The study was aimed at evaluating the possible impact on long-term time-to-progression (TTP) exerted by WT1 mRNA levels measured at diagnosis in a series of 54 cases.
