- Abstract
The article discusses the forum selection and arbitration clauses on the injury claims of seamen which have occupied the American courts due to maritime forum selection disputes. It offers information on various court cases on maritime forum selection clauses including William H. Muller & Co. v. Swedish American Line Ltd., Indussa Corp. v. S.S. Ranborg and Bremen v. Zapata Off-Shore Co. Maritime principles for oilfield contracts and arbitration agreements in seamen's claims were also mentioned.
