- Abstract
The author expresses appreciation for early childhood educators for their dedication to children and partnerships with families. She gives credit to early learning programs in which families are recognized, welcomed and involved in the educational development of their children. Emphasis is given on the need to create a community where educators are appropriately recognized and supported for their care, skills, engagement and commitment toward children and their families.
