- Abstract
A 17 year old, soccer player is presented with a ventral glenohumeral redislocation. With arthroscopic findings, not reported so far, with a double "bucket handle" lesion of the anterior to posterior labrum and injury to the base of the insertion of the long head of the biceps (SLAP IV), without any Bankart or capsular lesion during the arthroscopic procedure. The lesions were repaired with two metal anchors with arthroscopic technique. Emphasizing the need to bear in mind the presence of this kind of injuries, which could be deleterious to the patient in the future if a conservative or extra-articular management is executed.
