- Abstract
The article discusses ruling of the Minnesota Court of Appeals in several cases including In re Child of S.B., State v. Bellcourt and State v. Northrup. Topics discussed include rejection of appellants' challenge to the application of Indian Child Welfare Act and Minnesota Department of Human Services (MIFPA) to the child adoption case, authority of police officer from the White Earth nation to cite outside reservation boundaries and state law violations related to netting fish without a license on Gull Lake.
